I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were on the small side but adequate, with a deep bath and quality toiletries. However, there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the floor sometimes. On the positive side, I found complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar and even some flip flops which was a nice touch.
The hotel offers a unique layout and level of privacy right in front of the main road. The rooms were sparkling beautiful and clean, with lovely linens and bathrooms. The dining experience was good but had limited timing. The location within Iguazu Falls National Park is a significant advantage for exploring the falls before the crowds arrive.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and quiet, although a bit far from the main areas. The staff were considerate, helpful, and completed extra paperwork for us, making our stay more convenient. The location overlooking Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side was exceptional, offering great views and exclusive out-of-hours access. The dining experience varied from poor in the evening to fantastic in the main restaurant with delicious and generous meals. However, the pricing might not match the value. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
