I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were on the small side but adequate, with a deep bath and quality toiletries. However, there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the floor sometimes. On the positive side, I found complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar and even some flip flops which was a nice touch.

The service was top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and more than helpful, attending to all our requests with detailed care. They even arranged a private transfer for us from the airport to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was exceptional. Being able to wander around the park after hours, hear the waterfalls from the room, and sip cocktails at sunset over the falls was truly amazing. It was the main selling point of this hotel.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and quiet, although a bit far from the main areas. The upmarket toiletries added a special touch, but the value for money was not the best. The service was fantastic, especially at the restaurant beside the pool where we had breakfast daily. The staff were considerate, helpful, and completed extra paperwork for us, making our stay more convenient. The location overlooking Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side was exceptional, offering great views and exclusive out-of-hours access. The dining experience varied from poor in the evening to fantastic in the main restaurant with delicious and generous meals. However, the pricing might not match the value. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
